Gold Record

Gold Record is a film I made which reflects my emotional and nostalgic state in the winter of 2022. This strange film is centered around the famous 'gold record' that was sent into space by NASA in 1977, following Carl Sagan's wish to connect with extraterrestrial life. The gold record contained important human discoveries and inventions that may hold significance for potential alien intelligence. However, the film satirizes this seemingly absurd American undertaking and poses a cautionary question: "be careful what you wish for."
